Delta is not hiring candidates with less than 3,000 hours and no bachelor’s degree (yet). That’s not happening, I’m not telling you how I know, but I have a good knowledge of our stats. We are hiring candidates with less than 3k but they hit multiple other high achievements. For example they weren’t just Certified Flight Instructions but worked themselves into lead positions at well know 141 universities, part of the recruitment team at said regional, etc. Even most the Delta Propels who have CJO’s from Delta before they show up to initial training at their first regional surpass 3k including some TPIC before they go to training in Atlanta.

If some of those stats are true, United obviously has lowered the bar greatly for a specific pilot group. I find it odd that United has claimed more than anyone of utilizing less of their regional feed yet they’re by far the largest discriminator of hiring candidates from their own regional feed. Delta has continued to hire from their DCI network yet they’ve stated they want to keep the DCI networks stable at all costs.
I know someone who got hired at Delta with only 1000 turbine, not even 2500 total time. Another interviewed with 2500 total time and took UA over Delta. They are happily taking people with less than 3000 TT

To quote a famous American, "ain't nobody got time for that!" Well, perhaps TK does.

Say, I fancy myself to be a "prominent relaxation social influencer". Think I should re-apply?

Clearly influential. Put her in the triple. Those Captains can deal with it.

UA has been hiring regional pilots with less than 3000 TT for at least over 5 years now if you check certain boxes.

I forgot how it is using the PilotHiring portal. Can I easily update my info after submitting my finished app? I’m waiting on some letters of recommendation but I’d like to go ahead and get my app in then add those later.
