Imo if the company was being completely honest with their rationale there would’ve been a snap up in TA1.

A repeating theme I see in your posts is “me” and “them”. Could it be you’re just not cut out to be part of a labor union?

Let me guess, less than three years on the property and former Air Force, current Guard baby?
One can either be former Air Force or a “Guard baby” but not both - you either are careless with your words or ignorant of what a “Guard baby” is.

Certainly not defending their wait and see approach - just saying once the DAL AIP became public in summary the bar moved much higher.
I know the Delta folks are proud of their process. - IMHO they don’t get this far at this time without the failed attempts at UAL and AMR.

Well reasoned!? Waiting for the market ultimately cost them, big time. The company massively under shot this with their low ball offer. Had they not come in so low they could have easily had us locked into a massively sub par contract compared to delta. All facilitated by our limp d!ck MEC.

So what happens if you all get a clause for 1% more than Delta like they have on y’all? I’d like to imagine it would be a Anchor Man style fight.

Not saying he doesn’t have a point with his stereotype, just saying there are some Air Force bubbas here that are hard core union. Solidarity!

The Delta contract is limited to two snap ups.

Pay rates are important, but not as important as work rules!!! I will gladly sacrifice pay rates for significant advances in Sections 5 & 20. Obviously zero concessions regarding scope!!! To me R & I is more important than pay rates!!!
Well, my priorites are the pay rates, and i'd gladly throw R&I under the bus for it. You vote your way and I'll vote mine.
