Vacancy open?

Hello, I noticed that I was able to put in my vacancy preference on CCS. Does anyone know when the vacancy will actually be open and when it will be effective?

The bidding screen usually opens a couple weeks before a Vacancy. We might see one on Friday but who knows.

Probably this week or next week. It’s be about 2 months from the last one.

China has reopened and we are starting direct flights. I wonder if this manpower already exists? Or if we will see a good sized WB CA bid.

also for all you new hires about to be on reserve ina WB….good luck in China. I bet that is all you will see in open time for years to come.

A play from the book of “being an a$$ when saying nothing would have worked just fine”.

because you think 25hr double augment 3 days with no entry issues and us back at the same hotels is going to go junior?

the rookies will get domestic, island ANF, and bunky Japan/London if they’re lucky.

For now, it looks like the only nonstop PVG flight is going out of SFO. SFO has been flying PVG with a tech stop and crew change in ICN, so it's been 1 double-augmented crew SFO-ICN and 1 unaugmented crew ICN-PVG-ICN to do the entire trip. Now that SFO is resuming nonstops, only one double-aug crew will be needed, so I think the manpower easily exists. Maybe there will be a need once EWR-PVG and ORD-PVG resume, but that might be a while.

Fixed it for you.

I guess it depended if it goes back to the 787 or not. I was on reserve in SFO on the 787 and all I ever did was go to PVG I never went to Europe.

And that was before all the Chinese BS…..
