I am guessing that fadec pushed the limits on some sort of “sacred” topic that got him accused of “hate speech”. Make that mistake in today’s climate….and you’re done…..satire or not. But it’s a shame….because his stuff was smartly written. And I don’t care if he’s back under a new name. It’s still not the same. My occasional trolling isn’t NEARLY as polarizing as my previous banned username’s was.

As someone who posts here a lot and has been suspended/banned (from here.. along with other places! LoL)- I’ll say this.
Bring him back,
Not sure who he is, but unless he made a direct quote of violence to someone (a real threat, not something joke like, taken out of context) or took posts and gave them to management/media.. he shouldn’t be banned for his views or his comedy!
Ya don’t like what he wrote, you can always block his (or any user names) posts.
He is not a troll. To me, a troll is someone who creates a user name (ie.. just signed on) and begins with throwing Molotowcocktails at everything. I’ve written often about the mods doing their homework and really fact checking some of these new accounts.
FADEC has been here for a while. And yes, we’ve gotten into it on occasions, and other times agreed.
Is he (or whatever “they” identify as) a character?! Sure…
but- so what?

Bottom line is this.
One man’s truth is another man’s farce.
On the whole, if FADEC was truly trolling, you would have seen him double down, engaging endlessly and upping the ante. He didn’t.
This is why I’d consider his posts an essential part of the rhetoric on this forum. They show the extremophile the ridiculousness of their position in a well crafted, hilarious fashion.
That some people took enough offense to get him banned and that a mod agreed is a far bigger issue to me. It is a strangulation of the dialectic that goes on here.

I vote for reinstate and make him a mod. Fadec is who General Lee wanted to be when he grows up
