Leaving like that would most likely completely burn the bridge and would require PRIA/PRD reporting since you started training. If United didn't like the way you treated American and showed you the door when they found out then you've successfully burned bridges at two of the big 3 in a couple months.
Holding multiple CJOs is fine but once you commit to training somewhere it would be best to finish all new hire training at an absolute minimum before leaving. Otherwise you will be forever answering the 'did you ever quit before completing training' question in the affirmative. That was once a complete showstopper at desirable carriers; the hiring boom has made it less so but it remains a hurdle.

One left after completing sim 4. It wasn’t an issue.

If one received both CJOs with class dates, and AAs is over month earlier than UA, would it be a bad idea to go to their Indoc and get a line number/see what they’re about? If it’s not a good fit, then thank them for the opportunity and go to UA? AA has a large gap between Indoc and training…

In regards to AA vs UAL, do many pilots with a year or two of seniority leave American for United?
I've heard of several pilots with seniority leaving American for Delta but not United. In my particlar case I live in Chicago and it seems like you win either way with UAL or AA.

Yes, every one of the Big 3 is hiring from each other. If you live in ORD United has a bigger w/b presence in ORD than AA does. That's a long term attraction.
AA actually has more influx from other airlines, or at least did in 2022, than are leaving to other airlines. In the first 3 months of the seniority year (July-September) 27 guys resigned from AA. Year of hire - 2019 - 1, 2020 - 2, 2022 - 4, 2023 - 20.
Guys pursuing a better domicile is very common into today's hiring market. Losing 9 a month while hiring 200+ is less than a 4% turnover.

It doesn’t matter how many leave one for another. If UAL is your first choice and you have a CJO it would behoove you to make your decision quickly. All 3 are hiring over 200 a month.

What do you disagree with? The one who left Delta after completing sim 4 will be required to answer “Yes” to “Have you ever quit before completing training?” question on every application going forward.

Why would that matter if they were going to their career destination? Besides, if for some reason they'd ever be asked to explain it, they have a valid reason.

Layover Life @ UAL
Might seem insignificant to most but it is a serious question which does impact QOL considering we spend 1/3 of the month away from home.
Which Hotels brands and quality does UAL put up their pilots? Are pilots able to use loyalty memberships and collect points?
how does UAL compare to other legacy carriers? Does any carrier for example ever put pilots up in a Ritz?
Another question: At each base do pilots get good parking and transportation close to the terminals?
(You wouldn't want to be far away from the terminal during winter in Denver)
