Dressing up as a woman for Halloween use to be funny but now, apparently, it’s a social values statement, and contextually it was meant as a put down, a pretty lame one though. Technically it’s another way to say mentally ill though, but I don’t think Mr Kirby has been diagnosed with body dismorphic disorder (DSM-5). So inaccurate there.
