When I clicked on the class acceptance link the class was already full. That by itself put me 50 seniority #s behind the folks that interviewed same day I did.
Still haven't gotten another email for another class date.
I got my CJO six weeks before you, but my class date is only a week prior to yours. A couple guys who interviewed two weeks after me, have class dates earlier than me. (And I clicked on the "grab your class date" email within literally 60 seconds of receiving it.)

Don't stress. In a 17K pilot group, 50 seniority numbers isn't that much. It will all be fine

We have so much variety here that’ll you’ll be able to find what works for you. It took me a decade plus to realize WB reserve is a great gig.

My advice to anyone reading is do whatever it takes to live in base as soon as you can. Not working on reserve is great. Commuting to not work on reserve is borderline depression.
great until your CQ or a trip and haven't flown in quite some time....some are better with this than others.

Thanks for your thoughts and guidance. I'm a commuter, tolerable just because we have so many flights to Hawaii. Agree 100% that commuting sucks the life out of you, glad we have an LAX base!

No Commute, in Unity...

Do have to memorize the 13 items in the briefing for the interview? Or do they give you a card with 13 items and you brief each item how it would be done at current airline? Thanks guys.

With so much of the United Next growth plans depending on the 277 Max 10's that won't be showing up any time soon, any bets on when we announce significant reductions in our hiring needs?

All company comms have said a slight reduction, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we cut it by at least 25-50% within a year. I assume qualifications will also increase once again. Time will tell!

Memorize them! Practice them in your current briefing. It’s a test to see if you’re capable of putting the work in. They’re not going to spoon feed it to you. Good luck in your interview.
