My understanding (and please keep in mind this advice is worth what you paid for it) is that the Hogan used to be a gating tool. In other words, you could indeed fail it and would not be invited to interview.

However, I have been told that it isn't a gating tool anymore, but that you are assigned a point value for the Hogan, as well as being assigned a point value for your app and interview. So the cumulative value of those points determines who gets hired. As for whether this is accurate, I haven't a clue, but am simply repeating what I was told (not by anyone on the hiring team at all).

That said, I have to imagine that there are ways to answer the Hogan that would preclude someone from consideration. Selecting "strongly agree" to the statement "I hear voices in my head telling me to kill people", I have to think, would get someone disqualified...

Thank you for the response! Do you know if there's a rough timeframe from when you take the test to when you get the interview invite ?

I got my interview invite less than 24 hours after submitting the Hogan. Judging by the experiences of others, the time lag between Hogan completion and invite email appears to be quite short. For me, the longest step was between app submission and the Hogan invite (7 weeks)...

I converted my APP to the United Miliary Pilot Program and I did the Hogan test when I got the email. It's been roughly 4 days and I havent heard back from them yet so I was curious.

I interviewed on 1/18 and got the CJO on 1/22. About how long to get a class date? Is there a bit of a backlog?

Good morning!

Any experience lately with a Chief Pilot Meet&Greet? How likely is to get an interview after the meeting? Thank you!

Really depends on on a number of factors. Better than 0, but consistently better odds going to a job and interacting with the pilot recruitment team directly. Wouldn't skip a M&G opportunity but definitely still go to job fairs/recruitment events until you get an interview invite.

How easy was it to convert the regular app to the UMPP? I submitted a UMPP app today but don't have much time left before I'm inside the 6-month availability window, so I'm wondering if I'll need to convert it over to the regular app at the 6-month point.

It's an easy process. Regular app has a few additional questions that mostly have to deal with having your ATP cert.
