Upto 6 in a row on. 13/14 off per month. 4 blocks of off days max. Combination depends on seniority.

I bid reserve to get the days off I want.

Next month I have 3 x 3 day weekends and 1 x 5 day weekend off.

you need two flights, OR if you have a positive space ticket (like you bought a ticket, for example) you only need one as long as it’s scheduled arrival is 90 minutes before report time.

and you purchased it at least 12 hrs from report time. which means if you are on long call and they call you at midnight for a trip the next day that reports at 1100 an you only have one flight option that would get you there, you are not protected by the commuter clause just because you buy a PS ticket even if that flight would get you there more than 90 min prior to report.

6 rsv days max with 2 days off in between is a bidding restriction imposed by having far 117 30/168 limits.

there ways to drop this down to one day off in between rsv blocks if you get released before noon on your last day and call scheduling to see if they will move a rsv day from another block.

was able to work

6 on, 1 off, 6 on, 1 off, 5 on, 11 or 12 off

I used this as a commuter since I couldn’t sit long call from home my first 4 months. This gave me a good chunk of days off and minimized my commutes.

Sorry for all the questions, is the "show time" at the gate or the dispatch office?

Thank you!

Officially CPO, but most captains will just coordinate to meet at the gate

Depends on the Captain. A good one will text or email and say "hey lets meet at the gate or lets meet at Ops." FOM says crews will meet in Ops 1 hour prior to departure for a domestic trip, 90 minutes prio to an international trip.
