When do we typically see the add pay for unused SC show up on the pay register? I did one a week ago and nothing yet.

It’s not add pay anymore. Starting in August it’s added to your min guarantee. If you check that drop down it should be there (technically it’s a double drop down. Check the min guarantee tab and then click on the box that shows up. It’ll extend a second drop down and you’ll see it added there). Usually takes a day or two.

Yeah, no. As a commuter, I wouldn’t bid VEC regardless for the amount of add pay that comes with it. Luckily I am a LCL for next month and my BES has ton of early show trips on Day 1 I can pick from for the add-pay if I so choose or use APU to position myself to be useless on my last day of reserve….

VECs pretty much exclusive to NB fleets in October

Will be added to your MPG. If you don’t see it, create a Help Hub ticket and they’ll add it to your pay register

VEC's were intended mainly for the NB fleet to begin with to cover early morning departures. Not many WB departures before 10 am.

Exactly right. The WB “equivalent” should be the VSC option, although the company isn’t obligated to offer those.

With a nice exception for SFO 756...

Sure… I did use Must Award Off xxx-xxx (12 day string) and all of them failed… only one that worked was not using this command. In other words, if you are not based in GUM then CMP will more than likely not give you an entire string of 12/13 days off… but you can try!

What would be the best bidding strategy for string of 12/13 days off if based in mainland? Any suggestions? Any idea?

Based in GUM? If yes then you can bid a compressed GUM schedule and be guaranteed 12/13 off in a row every month… it’s in the contract.
