Where are you seeing that Qatar is cutting in line?

Two days ago you were suggesting that United may need to cancel 787 orders over the economy and now it's that they need the planes so badly, that different orders could be required. You need to make your doom trolling a little more consistent for it to be believable.

He isn’t probably right, he is right…. Last few years SFO and LAX 756 were non-global. I want to say DEN 756 was too…

No they did not! All of our prior orders are still in front of these.

Ironically this helps us (if anything) Since this new order provided that much more motivation to get their increased production lines up and running sooner. We will have to see if the FAA lets them, or if they are still in "timeout" for bad behavior!

My bad for not liking Qatar. Not like Qatar helped KSM escape and later killed our brothers.

The Major airline builders almost always build white tails in their delivery schedules. This gives them the ability to offer early delivery to good customers they might want to please. It doesn’t mean anyone else lost their place in line.

Orders are nice, but deliveries are what count.

There's a little confusion here, I think:

130 Neos plus another 40 and 50XLRs is 220 own orders from Airbus
Also 40 firm leased airframes
That's a total of 260. But...

Two airframes Airbus shows delivered to CALC (China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited) for United Airlines (leases)...
These are the first 2 of 12 United is leasing through CALC (with Pratt engines, apparently)...

I assume these must be part of the 40 leased airframe total (said to be coming from multiple lessors).

Airbus reflects this math as well in their April month-end delivery report, saying that United has orders for 220 and they have delivered 35, but that United is operating 37 Neos.
(This still matches the total to date, no May deliveries as of yet...)

Can’t have deliveries without orders.

But you can have orders without deliveries.

See how that works. 🤣

I think that was his point.
