Because some of the NB ca’s think they are hot **** because they are a CA. Some have never been a ca before, not even at the regional level.

there are a lot of WB CAs that jumped the trash bag and have never been a CA before. What’s your take on them?

I don’t understand why so many people are militant about the galley PAs though. The company says that they have data showing customer engagement helps the business. They ask us to do it. They don’t require it. If you don’t like doing them, then don’t (mostly I don’t), but back off the people that do.

Doing a galley PA in a WB isn’t feasible. The geometry of the interior makes it pointless. I have seen WBCAs come out and shake some hands in Polaris though.
