Pay in CAL training

What about if you go to training on larger equipment? I'm going from 737 FO to 777 FO. Do I get 777 hourly pay rates right away when I start training???
I can't find an answer in our POS contract.

Contract Section 11 Part 12.A:
During OE a pilot will be considered to be in the Equipment and Status in which he is flying for purposes of scheduling and compensation.

When you pass the MV/LOE at the end of training one of the items that the check airman has to tick off on his checklist is telling the company you're now in your new position. Everything done after that point is under your new pay scale.

75 dollars a day! Dam I glad my father gave me a trade with the ability to be my own man and made me get a degree. I wouldn't even get out of bed for that. Well dreamers are what makes this world turn and as I said on the USAir thread you guys jumping over each other to work for peanuts is what's wrong with this industry, its us look in the mirror.
Yeh, yeh, yeh but a great contract is coming. Well I'm willing to wait for it, before I'm someones *****. flame on it the truth

LOL. That would be nice, but no. If I remember correctly you get your 777FO pay rate when you finish the MV/LOE. Until then, it's your last pay rate from your prior equipment. Would be nice if it was in the compensation section as a scenario, but it's under training.

Thanks for that info. I read over the training section but I missed that sentence.
