Technical correction, Delta has to park 218 50-seat aircraft. The number of 50-seat aircraft at the time the TA was negotiated was 343. The end state number is 125, which is a reduction of 10,900 seats.
168 are greater than 50 seats. 377 are 50 seaters and below,
With this TA, UAL CAN grow 50 seaters (up to 90% of Single Aisle Aircraft in The Company Fleet), grow 37 seaters to (that don't count towards Block Hour Computation) and add 87 Large RJ's (all of which can be 90 seaters configured to 76 seats.)
[And Yes, those UAX [minus the 37 seaters) are limited to certain block hour restrictions.. ]
All of the above are unacceptable when compared to Delta's Scope.
We are suppose to "Pattern Bargain". This is not it.
