I am not saying this in a negative tone or sense, just as a simple fact.
The first interviews and new-hires are always very political. Numbers and qualifications are really not a huge part of it. Although they are qualified and meet the posted minimums.

FYI, the min quals are hiding in plain sight on the application. 


Are they interns, internal employees, etc...
Latest I've heard around the block was interviews in May. Haven't heard anything about the Jan interviews mentioned on the last page, so just wondering.

So, how about the actual process........Is there a phone call? is there an online test you have to take, or what? All that's been established is that there is a sim once you get to the interview.......any additional information would be beneficial to all of those who are applying.....

1. Best practices from both CAL and UAL are still be established.
2. Expect a sim
3. A chance of street hiring to take place in Q2
4. Possible bases include: EWR, IAH, GUA and CLE
