Frankly a little surprised to hear that those conversations are going on. Why re-fight a war that was won/lost almost 30 years ago. FWIW, I don't hate the Japs or Germans for WWII either. Nor the Gauls for invading in the 4th century BC. If I wanted to dwell on it, I could rehash how I was screwed by the FMRs. On the other hand, some of them are my friends now, AND they didn't screw me. If I was screwed at all, and that is a matter of perspective, it was by the arbitrator.

I really haven't had a discussion about integration in 10-20 years. There are some discussions about seniority, and what rights imbue to those senior, but no discussion about getting screwed by bygone SLI. There are however, many discussions about the upcoming SLI.

Disfunctional pilot group, disfunctional MEC, disfunctional everything, everyone scared to death, pilots crying crocodile tears at LEC meeting (YES I SAW THIS), massive amounts of uncertainty, and you blame the NC.

Do you honestly believe that the NC took a dump without direction from the aforementioned disfunctional MEC? I'm just asking.

Of course the FMRs are a good bunch to fly with.

Especially the EWR "kneeboard" guys. Man, I used to cringe when I saw the kneeboard coming out. It inevitably led to the "why I'm a better and smarter pilot than most of the other pilots" rant.
