I can handle plenty of competition but that is not how I look at this. I am not doing any crying, like I said it is just too bad alpa just wanted money and your group after years of no alpa snuck in and now will reap some of the benefits of being in a union that quite honestly you have done nothing for, but no worries no crying here.

I think the NEW Mec after everything is done with SLI, should be made off new faces that had nothing to do with the last contract and this integration. Otherwise they will always be blamed for what goes wrong with the combined pilot group and someone will love this split of the pilots.
NEW FACES.NEW MEC is a must in order of a bribing pilot unity

Hard to believe we allowed all those that climbed over the backs of good union people to join our ranks. Some of them with 20-25 years to go. Whether they want to admit it or not, the mind set and the thinking of the cal group is the same as the early 80's. Had we not gotten a contract the cal pilot leader(pierce) would have sided with management to beat the UAL side into submission through downsizing.
This will shape the relationship of the combined pilots groups - NO DOUBT!

Lets say Cal scab hired in 1984 was 24 when hired.
That would make them 53 today.
65-53 =13 years left.
You guys have to quit making stuff up to worry about. Absolute worst case is probably 14 years left.
Not agreeing in ANY way with crossing the line, just making a 7-12 year correction to your figures.
Where are the United scabs on the list and how many years do they have left?
Deal with the facts and go from there.

You might want to sharpen your pencil "staller" and work on your addition and subtraction.

With only 107 Captains in Cleveland, and no scabs junior to 25 and most of the top 25 being ex New York Air or Peoplexpress I cannot figure out how you determine most of the scabs are in Cleveland. I am not attacking you, just your math.
You made some pretty bold statements without the facts to back it up. I am just presenting the facts.
I didnt bring up scabs, you did.
