From the Military guys being called it appears to be the Instructor time. I believe almost all that were called in the first batch had 3,000+ airplane hours, and over 1,000 hrs IP time.

To All those who have received interviews and even received an employment offer from United, great job. It's good to see an airline like United is starting the hiring spree in the industry. For those that interviewed, was there any kind of written test? Or just HR and Technical questions, along with the sim? I haven't seen any interview gouges for United since the last ones posted back from 2008. Anyone know?
Thanks

Well, you can add me to the list of those that did the Hogan and got the "thanks but no thanks" email. From what I'm seeing on here, that's a pretty short list. I guess on the bright side, that makes me unique. Best of luck to all of you that are heading up to Denver! I was sure looking forward to making that trip.
