Anytime we put troops in harms way, I'll support the mission. The troops had nothing to do with the decision making process but they sure suffer the consequences. When was the last time you decided not to fly a mission because you didn't support it? More importantly, how many times did you get away with it?
Pride of the ANG? SAD!

Sorry Ben put you in your place and encouraged you not to do anything stupid but it's no reason to get your panties in a wad.
The "full time strikers" that you cal guys normally call "crawl-backs" will get no disrespect from any UAL pilot. Don't think you did them any favors - they deserve the respect.

You're misinformed as well as deluded. A full-time striker stayed out for the duration of the strike. A crawlback is a scab who stayed out for some length of time but returned to work before the strike officially ended. "Crawlbacks" aren't particularly deserving of any respect. Full-time strikers very much so. Since you use the term scab and "scab-like" so freely, you might want to be more careful with your generalizations. I promise you, referring to a full-time striker as "scab-like" or as a "crawlback" will prove to be extremely enlightening.

I'm neither. And if we ever meet I'll be sure to make it clear to you how mistaken you are on the latter reference.

I've missed the days of threatening each other on the forum! You should post pictures of yourself at the dojo/krav maga or mma gym/shooting range...it makes the implied threats WAY cooler!

You guys sure are sensitive about perceived "threats" but completely OK with throwing around scab references. I suggest you get used to a little pushback if you go around calling unionist pilots of any group "scabs". There are repeated assertions on this forum about how much more "accepting" the CAL culture has been towards our scabs. Well, let me make it clear it's always been an exceptionally shameful distinction and no one who didn't earn the title deserves or will accept being referred to as a scab or "scab-like" or any variation thereof. I wouldn't expect a UAL pilot to react any differently to being referred as such. If you can't disagree without behaving with disdain and disrespect than don't expect anything less in return. Now if you want to whine about being "threatened", knock yourself out...

Better yet, walk up to those marines or soldiers you're supposed to be supporting and tell them that "I don't support your mission." I'd like to see you do that.
