Thank the 67%, many of whom were 'forced' to ignore the pathetic global reserve rules. You might find some in that group that will still tell you its an industry leading contract.

The 67% will tell you the contract is a pos - again, it was voted in to force SLI, not for quality. Had you wanted quality, you should have controlled your MEC and MC. You helped created it - live with it.

Many of the 67% on both sides have told me it was a good deal. Your diatribe is just an excuse for the fact both sides refused to battle Jeff for a contract at least equal to DAL. Sorry to disappoint you, but the UAL group's legendary spine is greatly overrated.

Wrong again - but keep telling that to yourself. It probably was a good contract for the cal side. It's basically the old UAL contract. You can say the UAL pilots did you a favor. You're WELCOME!

Wayyyyy overrated. And it (the spine) apparently doesn't connect to their brain either. But of note are how slippery those rationalizations are. LOL

Talk to me after after SLI when the UAL side controls the MEC.

A loooong history suggests you won't like that MEC either - so frustrating, lmao!

I occasionally read this from certain hotheads (esp on the private board) and just want clarification; do you believe a MEC controlled by the UAL side will be able to execute some sort of retribution on the CAL group due to this perceived MEC control? It isn't exactly Congress so I'm not sure what harmed can be rained down on my side for past grievences. Full disclosure, I completely agree that LOA 25's FU should not exist.

Or are you saying we will have for once an effective MEC strictly because it will be dominated by UAL alum? Quite frankly I intend to vote for a rep on merit instead of their previous uniform. Either way it's still ALPA so I'm prepared to be underwhelmed.
