To those of you wanting to get to other bases, especially the west coast. One option once you are online is to do a base trade. It requires a mutual second party, but it's an option that doesn't require waiting for your seniority to hold it....which is going to be a while.

Your best chance of moving around will be on the 737, as it's the largest fleet type.
