There are still quite a few ex-furloughees from the legacy United side that will be bidding DEN737. The junior legacy United guy who's a DEN737FO was an April 2000 hire so he's probably got about 750 legacy United ex-furloughees below him; many are currently flying on the 737. And since the 737 is new to DEN, I would expect there to be very little movement off of the DEN737 for a while.
Let's put it this way: the DEN737FO positions are mostly legacy Continental. They had a chance to bid up to other equipment prior to the ISL and they chose to go/stay in Denver. I think a lot of them will stay there for quite a while. In addition, there are a decent number of legacy UAL 737FOs who bid Denver prior to the ISL because that's where they live. And there's still a lot of legacy United 737FOs who likely have a standing bid for DEN.
I think the fastest way you could get to DEN is if you got an A320 in training because I would anticipate a lot of movement off of the A320FO position as DEN737FOs bid for larger equipment. I don't think that very many of them have had a chance to move off of the equipment for several years.
Perhaps someone who's based in DEN will chime in?

ROTFLMAO!
I have no idea how long it will take; the following are my thoughts (which aren't worth anything).

If a Newhire stays EWR737, there is a significant seniority advantage, ie you move along pretty quickly and holding a line comes much quicker.....just saying. Quite a few LUAL folks bid over to EWR as well as LCAL folks bid down to the 73 on latest Vacancy Bid for just that reason I am guessing. Read that IAH and CLE will shrink and EWR and DEN will grow, among others.
