Thank you for keeping your mind in the right place. This whole SLI thing is wayyyy out of control. If you can't go to work and have fun....don't go to work. Get over yourselves! BTW, I am filing a lawsuit tomorrow to stop the BS, wish me luck.

This hardly surprises me.
You mean the LOA 25 that Jay H. said he authored?

Hmmmm hadn't heard that....even at the infamous pizza party where he claimed otherwise. (Definitely not a Hepner apologist BTW)

Got some proof on that?

Is there any way to file a lawsuit for a TRO, to stop anybody else from filing a lawsuit for a TRO?

I too am wary of the Cal MEC, was proved right by this filing, and fully expect more shenanigans if the SLI does not go their way. It's just their nature/character.

Our bottom 1% are the pilot and 143 others that filed the TRO. lCAL's bottom 1% is.........your union leadership.

I would bet this isn't the last BS that they try to pull before the ISL is released.

Sled,
You're getting as bad as LAX Pilot and Carolsdanger. The LCAL pilots are not your enemy. We will all soon be one pilot group. Your constant CAL bashing is making a difficult process even worse. You'd hope that being lumped in with LAX and Carol would be enough to make you realize how bad your posts come across.

The exception is that Gullaksen's legal bufoonary opened the door for this wrangle. Certainly glad to see it squashed just like his request for the TRO. This is what happens when jailhouse lawyers work outside the process. It allears had Gullaksen not filed the TRO request we most likely would have had he list Friday. However his missteps created another issue for the board and thus no list. If this continues to crater in the legal lampoon on Tuesday the genesis of this needs to be remembered for a very long time.

Gullaksen, Johnson and Dolan may officially be known as the pilots that torpedoed our seniority if a new request is upheld on Tuesday.

Sick of all the legal wrangling myself as well but in the interest of accuracy, the 1% claim isn't accurate on the CAL side, most if not all of the union leadership is in the top 60% with a lot more a heck of a lot more senior than that.
