He still hasn't answered (surprise) how HE is going to hold NEW MEC accountable? He has had said how bad CAL MEC was and now we'll all win! I'm just asking how? That's what I truly think got under johns skin! There could be a thread on airplane color and john/staller/carol would turn it into JP conspiracy and that he must own the paint company!! As far as the SLI are you sure all of CAL's proposal was all tossed out? I think it was built using UALs formula but changed up, see Longeveity from 50% to 35% using some of CAL's argument. It's over I'm glad you think it's fair since I think this will be a strong airline with both groups!! Does it REALLY matter now who WON?

If you spent all this time on the communication committee then you should have a better handle on how it works. Wait you're a CAL type and use to your leaders telling you how it's going to be. JP was only effective of driving a wedge between the 2 pilots groups. If you were on the Comm committee, why didn't you help him out and tell him he was wrong? You are right about one thing, I'd doesn't matter who WON it matters who LOST. Something you and your boy JP will always remember.

I agree. Time to band together. I was not arguing win/loss. I was only commenting on the "hardball" comment you attribute to our furloughees.

Oh, your furloughs with 2600+ days on furlough who were paced above some with 0 days on furlough? Time to band together? You mean after all your PRETENTIOUS bump statements? You really crack me up....you, j.hale, and a coupe others just love to throw the monkey poop...then say, " hey, we need to band together"....gmafb

I am turning over a new leaf. My bump statements are not pretentious. I am genuinely trying to figure out how the company will get bodies where they need them in such a short timeframe. As for the monkey poop...I gave what I got from the poop throwers on YOUR side. That's over.

Sincerely, (really)

Just like the '05s placed above the '97's that weren't furloughed either. Read the reasoning behind the award....

10/03 Snapshot

Another snapshot available, dated 10/03, with this note:

Note: Base %'s are now based on the Bulletin's posted MIN's. As a result, some pilots may exceed 100%.
This will not affect your vacancy award, there are no displacements in this process.

With more ACTIVE time in a United cockpit than ANY CAL-guy I was "assimilated" with...I, for one, must take exception. Be careful who you choose to frag, albeit by association. I don't know the context of the "remarks" you're taking issue with...that being said; we've paid our dues

The sandwich is what it is...we have no choice but to deal with it; best get over it.

Frats,

H- I totally agree..I am well over it, as a matter of fact my final outcome could have been a lot worse. I am not stoked by any means of my massive drop in domicile seniority, but overall seniority wise, not too bad. I think we have ALL paid our dues. I am simply calling a kettle black, when certain people on this here thread/forum put down the other side, rejoice in bumping and their well known Windfall statements, and then say" oh yeah,we gotta be unified"... Really? In time this will all pass, hopefully.
