The night before the SLI was announced I was informed by an LCAL pilot that my head was going to explode when I saw the list. That must have been almost as embarrassing as discovering how out to lunch your proposal actually was. 756 you should consider trying to not be an antagonistic jack ***. Because you are an embarrassment to the pilot group as a whole.

I never really understood it anyways. I heard that UAL pilots hired at CAL were telling junior captains that they would take their seat after SLI.
I don't think any of those UAL pilots ended up being senior to junior captains in SLI anyways since they were all 99 hires and newer.
Why would they ever think that? I would feel like a fool now if I were them since they are not even close.

I'm in Houston at the club quarters today. How'd you like to come on down and call me an idiot to my face this morning? Because I'd like to sit down with you and explain to you why it isn't a good idea to insult folks from behind the safety of your computer screen.
