Default List of UCH IT Dept Failures

Can someone help me out with the list I'm trying to compile regarding IT's failures since the merger? I'd like to get them listed for obvious reasons! It's getting to be so long that they are all getting fuzzy and I'd like some help. I'll start but maybe not at the begining:

IT Errors siince merger:
  1. Failure to our customers when switching to Shares Reservations
  2. Failure to the Corp by posting fares at $1
  3. Failure to pilots swtiching from Unimatic to CCS:
    • FIFO
    • Reserve Availability
    • Trip Trade
    • Aggressive Reserve Pick Up
    • Not posting FSB & SC for Agg Res Pup
    • Failure to Crew desk for scheduling issues
  4. Failure to pilots by delaying annual vaction award
  5. Failure to pilots by messing up annual vaction award
There's alot more ... help please!

Coach, do you think these are really IT failures? It's possible the company is using the IT department as a distraction. With ineffective leadership, the company is telling the pilot group, we don't care if you have a CBA, we'll do what we want. And to add insult, they'll ask what are you going to do about it - ask JH?

Look at the latest Vacation Awards situation both CAL and UAL had working bidding systems - do you really think it was just programmers having a bad day?

For other u-hires? I non-rev under my u# but Jumpseat with my N#. Makes sense for now. I just noticed that my buddy passes have migrated over to my N# since using one a few months ago. If I'm non-revving with a buddy on a pass under my u#, for the better longevity, does that date apply to them or does the system see it as two unrelated bookings? *******w IT!

The CAL guys running this place are in so far over their heads they are trying to cheap out on everything to mask their poor decisions. I'm sure that is what is happening in IT.

Please don't forget the iPad issue. SWA is already about to turn their program on. The company buys them an iPad Air with Cellular (for the GPS) and they get to keep it and get a new one every two years. The employee buys a minimum of what the company wants and they reimburse for the minimum. If you want a larger GB iPad the employee pays the difference.

Getting old blaming everything on CAL guys running the place. Heck let's go ahead and blame everything on W. too while were at it. BO still does five years later.

You are forgetting several major FU's in payroll due to outsourcing and using old data.

Then there is the FAR 117 rest issues, and how about assigning trips to dead or retired pilots?

Is that the IT department or the pilots and pilot management that have been screwing with these for over 3 years now? Plent of blame to go around just not sure if this is just the It department.
