You are about as sharp as a bowling pin. How is the companies failure to perform and it's inability to operate within the confines of the JCBA in any way shape or form pilots screwing fellow pilots?
While we are at it is there anything else in JCBA we should be ignoring? I'd like to hear your opinion on what parts of the JCBA are to be followed and what parts should be ignored?
And just BTW in case you didn't get the memo DENTK is NOT having these delays and scheduling issues. IAHTK can't seem to hit their butt with both hands. That right there is simply a fact, no deflection necessary. If that upsets you for some irrational and unknown reason I guess that is something you need to work out with your therapist.

You are hopeless...I'm not going to waste anymore time replying if you can't comprehend the difference between legitimate and abuse.

Everyone calm down.
A scab is a scab, no doubt about that.
Someone who intentionally steals from the company through contract manipulation is furthering his own agenda at the detriment of my company's stability.
Yes, my company. This is all I have. It has to work. If this ship goes down, I go down.
Can we agree on that?
Please stop wearing your United/Continental wings. The companies of past have sails.
Let's work together on building something we can retire from.

Please understand that "United South" has been operating at full capacity and I've seen first hand how instructors have sacrificed to make sure the mission gets done.
The issue we, United Airlines, are dealing with is the amount of pilots who are exercising their seniority to upgrade to 737 CA. If you look at all the latest vacancy bids, you'll see that many pilots are upgrading who haven't been on the 737 for years, which requires a full course.
I'm sure you'll say "I don't care, it's their right. Seniority blah blah blah", but the issue is real. Sim space is at a premium and those that abuse it cause problems. Note, I said abuse.
To further address the quote of your post, DENTK isn't having these problem because not many people are cross bidding to the A-320 or 76T, which is why many new hires are going to those fleets.
Instead of trying to point fingers, why don't we all try to address the problems that affect our airline so that we can have somewhere to retire from.
What solutions do you suggest? Believe me, we are listening. I know we can use any good suggestion that comes our way, even if via Airline Pilot Forums.
We are doing our best.

IF someone is playing fast and loose with his training, then perhaps PRO STANDARDS should handle it and not a bunch of guys airing all this crap out on a public forum!! One of our pilots has been judged and is ready to be hung by keyboard commandos who may have an axe to grind. A bunch of guys armed with zero facts, just some juicy S-House shortwave. Pathetic!
This would NEVER have happened at the old UAL. You guys are amazing.

Hire and train an adequate number of training schedulers, if it ain't broke don't fix it, NOW is not the time to move all of the schedulers and replace those who don't want to move with newbies. Should have hired 30 to 50 additional 737 PI's BEFORE the inevitable crush was here. Beg, borrow, buy or steal any and all sim time that can be had. Hint there are multiple empty bays that once held 737 sims at DENTK. Develop an efficient and consistent standard training syllabus that prepares and informs the student before the training event so that everybody knows what to expect for the sim session, this cuts down on stress and makes the training event go much smoother with fewer do overs reducing sim time.
That would be a very strong start to this training issue which is only going to get worse. But blaming LUAL (United North
) pilots for the training back log is just plain stupid and is a major part of the group think mentality that is destroying this airline.

Good point. I struggled with the post. However I knew that this happened quite a while ago and the person's identity would not be revealed. Pro Stan, at the lowest level, was involved and that's who did the talking. Btw...only four people knew/know the whole deal. Also I never said if it was a North or South person because it doesn't matter. I was posting to show one extreme. The 1% that is on both sides. There is no rampant sabotaging of the North or South (as I stated in my first post). Apparently my point was poorly made.

Apparently my point was poorly made.
Basically the whole premise of the OP of this thread is patently false, ignorant, self serving and completely without any basis in reality or fact, it is nothing more than an isolated incident that has been blown WAY out of proportion and scope so as to flame the fires of willing discontent as are all conspiracy theorist and their subsequent mind mush.

I just got back from a couple of days at TK south. Passing thru the snack room and hanging out in the hotel lounge did afford me opportunity to take part in conversations where this specter of bumps due to COMPANY intransigence was bandied about. Never heard anyone proactively plotting a strategy to game the system; just a bunch of cats remarking about how jeffd Trng sched has become.
