There is a formula in the contract based on percentage of the aircraft able to fly...
I think it is still part of the 757/767 fleet, hence the banding. I'm not saying I think I am absolutely correct. I just left TK yesterday for 76T transition from the 756. I looked at my pay register for October and compared it to September and the pay rate is the same. If it changes in November, I'll let you know.

I vaguely recall during contract talks that there was some heated discussion that the 76T was banded with the 752/753 rates.

Thanks for checking on that. I was actually going to email them today.

I guess the next question would be - do they really know who has a freeze and who doesn't?

Seems they can't/don't get too many things correct with this merge. This bid may not be any different. Sigh.

What am I missing?
The blended rate, which you can find for each month under skynet> flight ops> pilot contract/UPA, includes the 764, 763, 753, and 752, and is based on aircraft ratios. There is no 76T and 756 for pay purposes. The blended rate is the blended rate. It is funny that you should ask, as I tried to explain this to many a pilot when we were voting on the contract. Most didn't believe me.

The way I comparison shopped was to go CCS Bidding, and Category Award Reports (I think that is the title). Middle tab once "Bidding" opens.

Scroll until you find a BES you are interested in. Open it, and scroll down until you find where your seniority fits.

Look and see what guys a few above and below you are getting.

I don't think it overtly says where the G-line is, but when each award turns into Reserve, you've found it, plus or minus a couple.

I used this to bid my fleet, and am very glad I did.

You can also go to CCS "Reports," and select "Staffing" from the drop-down.

Very useful and helpful.

It's usually the second publication under system documents. Starts with SSC.

It's normally published on the 6th and then updated on the 10th - 48 hrs before the bids close.

Also has min/max and average lines

OK, so I found the G line info in PBS, thanks for that. But what the heck does "LPA" "LCF" and "LCC" at the top mean? Also, under the column "G Man" which I assume is the guy who holds the bottom line, the file number there doesn't exist in the category that I'm looking at. I looked through the entire line award for last month. What the....?
