Lets see facts are it is a higher percentage than last year. Fact is with a raise last year if you worked the same exact amount you still getting more. Fact is some people have a pool of only 5%.
Speculation is that we will cross the 20% threshold in 2015, but that would take some forward thinking.

Quite the professional. And we as L-UAL pilots chipped in with the strike fund (along with other ALPA groups) to help him out as a striking Comair F/O back in 2001. Now he's a slick tie. Whatever.
