My understanding of the training pay was 3 hrs/day @ $90/hour.

But I thought that only counted during "actual" training days and not time off between indoc and aircraft specific training. I can't find that anywhere, so perhaps someone told me that??

Based your post, it looks like there is some pay between indoc and the start of aircraft training. Is that true?

Thanks in advance!

I won't find out without any days off. But they made it sound like it was paid.

You are paid for 3 hours per day from the first day of Indoc through the end of IOE. You get per-diem on the days you are actually in training. All around good deal.

Thanks 5spot and Jetlink. I would prefer to start ASAP, but it's good to know how fast we will need to dip into the safety fund we have been building up if there is delay.

Whoa....I always assumed IOE involved flying the line...are you saying that while you're flying your IOE trips, you're only getting paid 3 hours per day, even if it's a 5 hour leg? Or am I way off?

It is only 3/day. But that equals 90/ month.
