Unlike math/cog square peg round hole chase the dots, it's like an MMPI. You really can't "prep" for it. Simply try to answer honestly and don't overthink the questions.

The consensus seems to be, THEY'RE ALL GOOD!!!!!!!!

Although EC is run by a FedEx guy, he has people on staff from everywhere. Aero is run by a DAL guy, but similar, etc. The former hiring HMFIC from UAL NOW runs his own interview prep, just sayin'...

Although they had a new HMFIC take over, and the UAL process has slightly changed, I have NO doubts he probably STILL knows what they're profile consists of.

Emerald Coast is run by a FedEx guy, username AlbieF15 on here.

I'm not sure if ANOTHER FedEx guy runs a separate service. Centerlineprep isn't FedEx as far as I know, but I could be wrong. Cage and Clark aren't FedEx either.

checkedandset.net WAS the prep that was at one time run by the UAL guy. Seems to not exist anymore. Although if you get creative you might be able to contact him.

This Hogan test, is it a L-CAL thing or a L-UAL thing or something that came after the merger?

It was a United test that was first used in 2007.

Ahhh, I see. No dog in this fight as with my community college education and A&P certificate I have reached the zenith of my career as a regional captain. I was just curious as I spent 15 years as an A&P at LUAL. Seems like a lot of good and qualified guys are getting rejected because of this test and I personally just don't see the value in it if military IP's and regional captains with x000's of hours and x000's of TPIC with clean records who are already flying up to 76 of YOUR paying pax around are getting rejected. It kinda makes someone scratch their head, especially with the amount of retirements coming up. Thanks for the info!
