Nope, laid off. I was MX at the time. SFOMM. When the MX bases in OAK and IND were closed in BK I lost my job. Got recalled a year later but declined, separated and went flying, finishing what I started as a teenager. I start upgrade class at my current shop in September.

First,
The company puts the movies on the airplane, not the pilots. We don't get a vote on that stuff, neither does ALPA.
Second, the company has issued no guidance against NOT watching the entertainment while DHing or on company business. Quite the contrary, they have given us instrctions and reimburse us for the expense.
Third, the company has no policy against DHing in public
Fourth, the company has no policy against using the IPAD for entertainment value while DHing, non-reving, or traveling on company business.
If the company doesn't like the movies we watch on their Ipads, and on company time, and in the company uniform, then the company would need to remove "racey" and potentially offensive movies from the plane.
Also, we have no policy against farting, burping, belching, sneezing, quaffing, sneering, jeering, or doing other potentially offensive behavior, so this all subjective stuff is just, well subjective.
Now, if the Captain of the flight, is forcing his FO to view porn, it might be a hostile work environment. If the Captain has an anti-Koran book and makes his Moslum co pilot read we might have a problem. If the Captain (Democrat) makes his Republican co pilot read Obama's speaches we may not only have a hostile work environment, but we may have a valid case for fitness for duty.
