All I handed them was my AF FHR, not even my complete record, no questions

To those who dont have degrees... i saw a post on previous page that said he knows people getting interviews without degree. I also 2nd that, I know another guy who has been hired in the past 60 days without a degree. So, yes you can get on without one, job fairs, extra work such as volunteer work maybe help. I also know a few other who are almost done with their degrees and still got hired... so even if you are in the process and almost done that is good too.
