I had an excel spreadsheet hour summary that was appreciated. It was pretty clear she wend through all the paper logbooks carefully. I was not present but she was behind closed door with them for about 20-30 minutes. She did not ask any specific questions about them during the interview beyond mention of the summary. Good luck!

Stewy24,

Same format they have been using since last fall. They tweak up the chair flying flights and the "CRM breakdown" videos here and there to mix it up.

Be familiar with the SAR format for UAL. Most of the time, they will specifically tell you they want your answers per SAR.

Hope this helps some.

Does anyone familiar with the hiring at UAL know if it is possible to get an interview/hired without a 4 year degree?

Thanks,
Pest

Possible? Yes. (A degree is technically not a requirement.)

Likely? No.

Yes, there are notable exceptions but the statistical odds are poor given the robust competition of stellar candidates with degrees.

That's basically the answer I thought I'd get - was hoping that perhaps there was less emphasis on it these days.

Thanks Cadet
