Both are supposed to be published when complete. Captain's usually come out days early.
Fo's are usually no more than hours early.
Fo's cat awards must be out by 17th at 2359

Thanks. I thought they were supposed to come out early. Find it strange that Captain ones come out 3 days early and FO ones only a few hours. It would be interesting to understand why the big disparity.

Why do you think they come out early? Contract says Captains on the 15th, FOs on the 17th. PBS can't respect FO "Don't fly with" bid groups unless it knows when the Capt is flying.

Please don't ever stop asking questions, however try to look them up first. While you are looking for your answer you may learn something new.
I know the contract is complicated and convoluted but once you start using it and reading it you will start to understand how to find things.
