Threatening to kill anyone is crime. Threatening to kill a person who is specially protected under the law, as presidential candidates are, is taken incredibly seriously. Making the threat on social media just means you provided the evidence to make it easy for you to get caught.

Whoever wrote the article used a picture of him they found, probably form a previous campaign ad etc. I don't think he took a picture of himself in a uniform and posted it with the tweet.

Do you know something the rest of us don't. I haven't seen anything that said he posed and posted. I question his and anyone's judgement who uses Twitter. But while there is ample evidence to convict Hillary the same can not be said for your claim.
