ONT Domicile Schedule Breakdown

Definitely not for the faint of heart sounds right. Although not ONT, there were lines we (Giant) were flying for UPS during peak (not me volunteering as they were hard to crew and posted as higher paid overtime trips) back and forth from SDF to EWR. Flying consisted of 10 legs in under three days twelve hours and forty eight minutes start to finish. 3 legs rest, 2 legs rest, 2 legs rest and 3 legs done (positioning leg in and out from JFK on the 3 leg days). Same time zone sure, but moving a 74 with 2 pilots for a total flying credit 16.87 hrs in and out of these knucklehead areas day or night is soul crushing. Probably why it was thrown our way, makes sense.

Has ONT lost a number of lines? It definitely looks like we lost some day time flying lines but it also looks like we have less flying than before. I haven't had a chance to look through the other bid packs to see what other bases look like for this bid period.
