I've learned the mock bids don't mean much, but looks like Junior CPT spot is a 2017 hire. Will probably change, but there it is.
Historically they seem to get more senior as bid close date nears.

Bid 21-101 in Jan'21 (88 CAs), the first mock had junior CA at 1840 and the award was 1777.
Bid 20-101 in Jul'20 (16 CAs), first mock had junior CA at 1821 and the award was 1547.
Bid 19-102 in Nov'19 (127 CAs), first mock had junior CA at 2102 and the award was 2122.
Bid 19-101 in Jun'19 (70 CAs), first mock had junior CA at 2073 and the award was 2029.
Bid 20-101 in Jul'20 (16 CAs), first mock had junior CA at 1821 and the award was 1547.
