Same for my much shorter time here. However, applicants need to understand that even though we are bringing folks in the door at a record pace, the raw numbers pale compared to the legacies. This means that HR still can get away with a level of pickiness that Delta, United, American, and SWA have had to drop. Make sure when you fill out your application it is putting your best foot forward, etc.

PIC mins?
Quickly -- is there any precedent of getting hired at UPS with less than 1000 PIC? I'm sitting around 850 PIC and the application won't even let me in! Just curious if that red line in the sand has always been there....and any plans to perhaps lower the min? Thanks.

There have been VERY few get around that, but I couldn’t even give a hint as to how they did it.

Do whatever you have to do to pass 1,000 TPIC by 1 January for the next application window.

Yea, I’d tell any potential new hires they need the 1000.
