The satellite constellation our MDs use for satcom is going offline in 2023. The $500k/jet is to retrofit them to use a different constellation. Yes, you need it to go oceanic (I believe for both Atlantic and Pacific).

Me too! If we do not announce a replacement plan for the MD, we may stagnate for awhile in this neighborhood.
