Shut your mouth! Reserve is awful. Scheduling treats you like their red headed stepchild and you have no control over your life. Bid a line, it’s waaay better.

If the money was similar people wouldn’t be running from LCC to UPS.

Look in the year end salary thread 2022. They have schedule flexibility, premiums, and lack credit caps that levels the playing field more than one would think.

I am going to bite on this thread. Believe it or not UPS has premiums as well. We have 13 pay periods. B-Fund contributions that probably are more than any LCC 401k. Plus a pension. We probably have 2-3 year FO that are making more than your senior Captain at LCC. Comparing UPS to a LCC is just a JOKE.
