The big three upgrades hover between 80% and 100% (new hires), and we barely might break 60%.

Ever wonder why legacy junior CPTs are so junior? Might have something to do with being pepetually junior in seat in high cost of living domiciles on narrowbody equipment, helped by the "out" of a contractual ability to downbid to FO.

The junior CPT award here in the last decade or so has been 60-70%, so that'd be in the realm of "normalcy".

I haven’t seen anything past 60% in the last 6-7 years.
