Failed the Hogan

"Or better yet, have a UPS pilot take it for you. If they passed it once, they should be able to pass it again."
- Most of us never took this test. I believe it was circa 2007 when they started this. Yet one more reason to not turn down a good job if it pops up while waiting for an answer from this place that may never come. The consideration they show to applicants continues throughout your whole career. Not making a value judgement, just stating it is a fact of life for those that work here.

This joke of a test speaks volumes to how UPS views the people doing the hiring. They use this test as a gateway instead of a piece of the puzzle. I've heard of a lot of great people failing it and 6 months later getting to take it again and passing. I believe UPSS has changed the results criteria and thus the change in pass versus fail.

Failed it TWICE.
Now at swa; couldn't be happier.
EVERYTHING happens for a reason.
On a side note, that "Dr." Hogan is a stroke.
His youtubes are embarrasing.
Btw the first time i answered honestly; second time i told it what it wanted to hear.
It's b.s.

I am curious how you were notified that you did not meet the parameters for the UPS Hogan Assessment? Were you directed to a screen after taking the test that said please reapply or did you receive another form of notification such as mail/e-mail?
