Rumor on the line is that our illustrious ACP's did exactly that. HR was not very happy so they put out to have your wife or girlfriend take it for you. As always with this place I'm sure there is a nugget of truth in their somewhere.

"Or better yet, have a UPS pilot take it for you. If they passed it once, they should be able to pass it again."
- Most of us never took this test. I believe it was circa 2007 when they started this. Yet one more reason to not turn down a good job if it pops up while waiting for an answer from this place that may never come. The consideration they show to applicants continues throughout your whole career. Not making a value judgement, just stating it is a fact of life for those that work here.

No different than UAL & AA; numerous guys have had issues with it DAL.

Probably best to initiate yourself after the waiting period to be the quickest route.

All you need to do is watch one of Dr. Hogans lectures on YouTube to see who is really screwed up.
Wow! Your not kidding. That was the biggest load of crap I've seen in a while. That guy keep going on about Sigmund Freud projecting, I would say he is projecting too! Damn.. That guys squirrelier than a tree full of nuts! How on gods green earth did HR departments sign off on this?!

Best to contact UPS after your waiting period is up or have one of your internal rec's contact HR.

They do not automatically send you the test again.

Failed it TWICE.
Now at swa; couldn't be happier.
EVERYTHING happens for a reason.
On a side note, that "Dr." Hogan is a stroke.
His youtubes are embarrasing.

Btw the first time i answered honestly; second time i told it what it wanted to hear.
It's b.s.

I am curious how you were notified that you did not meet the parameters for the UPS Hogan Assessment? Were you directed to a screen after taking the test that said please reapply or did you receive another form of notification such as mail/e-mail?
