Failed the Hogan
#31
Gotta love the Hogan.
I know a guy who has an interview this month who failed the Hogan in 2016.
So he's disqualified one month from a $10m career, and a year later he's absolutely qualified *eye roll*
Same person.

Apparently United has about a 70% fail rate the first time and about half that the second time. Maybe they give credit or change the test. Who knows, but obviously the person hasn't changed just maybe the test or the scoring.

Hogan second chance
I had a second chance, passed, and learned good lessons along the way. PM me if you are scheduled for the test. I didn't see it as a threat and was given a surprise I'd have happily never experienced. The test is not straightforward. Consistency and rest are important, but they are not the holy grail. You can't trick it, as far as I know, but you can understand what the question is asking.
For example, "I'm easily excited when I see suffering animals" is not about compassion, and "I am bothered by images of starving children" does not need to be [F] to stay consistent.

The problem with people failing the Hogan is exactly what you are doing there. You are reading into the question too much. Just read it and answer it honestly. Don't think about it.
