The EB and NC knew about lowering the Trip-rig. They chose not to pursue it. Just like our Intl. override pay. It will be the same amount in 2020 as it was in 2006. Wow! Not a nickel bump? FDX got a increase, not for us though.

NaCl-Doggie, Seriously? The EB and the NC are smart people. I'm fairly sure they have heard of a Trip-rig. Since it's been around for oh, about 50 years!
They could have lowered it to 3.5-1, but chose not to. Since they knew UPS would fight tooth and nail against it. Did you see or read any information from the IPA towards changing any of our rigs? I didn't. So we will still work 13-14 days out of 28 for 88 hours at straight pay. On Z especially. |
all they had to do was ask and UPS would have just said yes. Unbeleivable that they didn't think of that
