I'm in the pool! (5/2017)

Now I'm hoping the treading water doesn't last too long.

Anyone else following this thread that is in the pool and been treading water for a while?

So almost half way through the year on track for 300. Honest planning. I heard it should be equal to or better for next year.

I spent 3months in the pool, interviewed Feb got the call a few weeks back for a June class. It's tough being in the pool but it will all be worth it at the end.

I was hired into the pool mid March. Received the call at the end of April/May 1 for June 5. Remain positive, if you were placed in the pool you'll be just fine!

The times are so varied. I had 3 months from Hogan to phone call for an interview but only 1 week in the pool after letter.

Anyone send a thank you letter the day after the interview?

I walked in personalized thank you cards the same day as the interview before they went home. Not sure if it helped but I'm now employed. Soooo...
