That was just second-hand info. Made sense since I took most of that evening to finish the application.

Benefited how? I was there and didn't hear anything yet from guys I know who attended.

+2 Told I was "well-qualified". Nothing yet. I don't think they are sending out many invites really. Maybe just a handful a week.

Just curious, is there a specific day of the week that the initial email typically goes out?

Fellas...there is a computer that selects who get's an email. I've been told that I will get a invite/call...when the computer gets to me. I'm an Eagle guy, that has been getting an AA paycheck for six years, I've sat in JH's office, I've sat in PT's office, and I've participated in many AMR events. I'm still waiting and I work here.

Just be patient. I've said it before, if you haven't gotten a TBNT, you're good. It may take a while, but they will get to you. That's what my boss has told me.

Those TBNTs went out in December also said these applicants could re-apply in just 6 months. So in just 4 more months the guys who didn't pass the assessment now have a chance again.

Remember, 10,000+ apps in, each class a tiny handful.

Unless you are absolutely sure that you are the best applicant that walked the face of the Earth, it is physically impossible to immediately hire the at least 1,000 guys that are well-qualified.

It's luck, an algorithm, both, who knows? As always, good luck to everybody.

From what I can remember there are 8 tests, none of which you can really study for, so there's not really a "gouge" per se. The test will take the whole day 1 to complete. The recruiters will explain at the very beginning that you should feel like you failed or were challenged after you have completed everything because it designed to match your individual skill level. This is true. Everyone in my interview group felt this way.

If you really want to practice, google PILAPT. There are a few websites that have tests that are designed in very similar fashion to the PST.

Anyone have an idea about the pass rate?
