No info about them besides I saw one of they're 145s de-icing in CMH last week so they're still doing some flying.

Anyone have a new update on ADI? I got a call from their HR about the application for their EMB-145 flying I put in. Looks like they're going to start flying in Florida to the Bahamas as a scheduled carrier it seems. Granted they pay a bit better than my regional, but looking for new info on them for any other jungle jet drivers that have gone through them.

Yea I was wondering the samething, I put in for them but haven't heard anything. I use to fly with the CEO way back when I was working on my instrument. What kind of time you have when you put in?

Got the following via email in Sep 2013. never interviewed. Never did a very formal phone interview. Job offer out of the blue after applying. He wanted me to start in a week and a half.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have further refined our compensation package to the following:

PIC Compensation:

1st Year Annual Salary - $60,000.00
2nd Year Annual Salary - $62,400.00
3rd Year Annual Salary - $64,896.00
4th Year Annual Salary - $67,491.00
5th Year Annual Salary - $70,191.00

PIC’s serving more than 15 flight days per month (not duty days), receive an additional $200.00 per flight day.

Compensation Package:
1. Starting salary, $60,000.00per year, commencing after qualification as a Flight Crewmember
2. Pay during training is $100 a day, plus per-diem of $50.00 per day, when not in ATL
3. After accumulating 15 flight days in a month, you will receive an additional $200.00 per day of compensation
4. Per-Diem $50.00 a day away when away from ATL
5. 14 annual vacation days
6. Approximately 20 Days on / 10 Days off per month
7. Payroll Direct Deposit
8. Medical Benefits
9. ADI will cover uniform costs
10. ADI will cover FAA medical

I understand that it is different than what we originally covered. We are looking to start an INDOC class on or about the 19th of September and would like you to be part of that class. If the above compensation is acceptable, I can get you an official offer letter out and start the process for a DOT Pre-Employment drug test.

We can also review over the phone if you would like.

Id be leery to take this job. You've been warned. Paycheck bounced higher than a rubber ball and we wound up on the street. Beale is a crook. But go ahead, take it.

Are they a start up? I've seen them hiring several times over the past year and also thought I heard something about them closing shop or furloughing. Can't remember though.

I have seen their planes out on the road. The latest sighting in MSP. They seem to operate charters out of the FBO and not the passenger terminals.

Default ADI (Aerodynamics)

So looks like I may have an opportunity to be in the next new hire class for ADI, trying to get a perspective on QOL for crews. Already a jungle jet driver so as far as the airplane I know what to expect. Definitely like the bump in pay. Trying to get a perspective on those that know what's the deal with ADI.

They seem flexible on getting you scheduled into training after Indoc, just trying to get a feel for the company.
