I agree these people laid off half the company without notice and withheld pay. They have since been sold to a caravan operator, problem is they're still managed by the same people. Save yourself the heartache and go to elite air better

 

At ADI, my salary was cut 20% from what I was promised a month after I was hired. Then I had to loose my bonus, another 20%. I now make less than at the regionals but who cares, paycheck is late anyway, per diem not paid in months. I have no schedule and get an email at 9 pm saying "you are off tomorrow", thanks I wish I would have known that earlier. When I do go to work I stay in the worst motels, drug infested hotels that smell like ****. to add more, the hotel is an hour drive away because the company wants to save a buck. So you really want to know what life is like at ADI? we cant go to training anymore because the company has not paid flight safety. 2 pilots are at home because they can't do their pc's. Then comes the new chief pilot. Biggest ******* you will ever meet n your career. As I haven't given up enugh already, he took 2 out of my 6 days off without notice but his mission is just to make your life miserable, sending nasty emails. This guy will have ADI shut down, every pilot here is looking for a job elsewhere. He has no 121 experience, can't fly then plane, doesn't know the plane yet he will lecture you and quiz you on stupid questions. The management was bad, but with the new chief it is now the worst in the country. Want to work here? might as well sell your soul to the devil, I did already> I beg you, if you need time go to a regionals, if you want money well, go anywhere else

 

Sounds like they're on their way out. Good riddance. Worst career decision of my life.

 

Doesn't surprise me one bit. When they announced MP as the CP the writing was on the wall. Definitely someone with limited airline operational experience should not be in that position. It's sad that it's become that way. I can say at least that those of furloughed probably got a better deal in the end. Although financially harsh we all got back up on our feet quickly without starving at a regional. Still can't believe they tried to call back people to go live in California on their own penny. Good riddance. I hate it for the good guys still there who have my respect and work very hard. I hope they find something better soon.

 

Sounds very much like a company based in Australia and have 1 aircraft here in the U.S called Jetgo Australia flying 135s. Stay away from these clowns or you'll end up like these good people at ADI. Reading all these comments is like a mirror image of that place. If you go on their website you'll see the pictures of CEO (JR) and COO (AM). Stay away from these lying pieces of crap!!

 

Yup, that about sums it up. Would of been some good information to have a year ago.

 

The 3 stooges LH,DR,MP. What a joke of a company. Stay far far far away. If called....TBNT, I can promise you they are the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. LH spends more time at Buckle buying jeans, and DR is a Liar. These people are cancer in aviation.

 

Yep it's a disaster, like always it's the top echelon destroying the co. I saw they were attending a job fair, guess since they furloughed half the pilots now they're SOL for any growth. Not to mention I believe their parent company is in trouble too. Buyer beware!

 

Can anyone tell me which FSDO oversees ADI now? Shocker; they've managed to screw up records which now require FAA intervention... TIA
