So looks like I may have an opportunity to be in the next new hire class for ADI, trying to get a perspective on QOL for crews. Already a jungle jet driver so as far as the airplane I know what to expect. Definitely like the bump in pay. Trying to get a perspective on those that know what's the deal with ADI.
They seem flexible on getting you scheduled into training after Indoc, just trying to get a feel for the company.

In pilot logic, sounds like a great place to work!! Bottoms up.

There are two pages on this company and not a single positive post. The good side is, you know the airplane. The bad side? Previous employees have had checks bounce followed by a furlough, the owner has a very sketchy history, and they've apparently yet to have a steady source of business. But hey, rumor is they are getting into the "lucrative" EAS business.

Don't do it! Management tells nothing but lies. This place is equalivant to selling your soul to the devil. Larry Hecht is the biggest piece of sh@t out there and Scott Beale is nothing but a good liar. So you want to know the quality of life? Take the job and say good bye to your home and family cause you will only be lucky to see them once a month for a few hours. Watch your pay too...they like to keep the money hostage. Been there, wore the shirt, and finally said enough is enough.

Good luck. Might want to talk to people that have been leaving this place lately. I'd take TSA and 50 seaters over ADI from what I have heard from people that have worked there....

My friend worked at ADI. He was rarely home, even though his schedule was supposed to be 6 on and 6 off or whatever they say to you when you are hired. He said more than 50% of the guys he was hired with left within a year. He is now gone as well.
